Why I started ALM Consulting

A smiling African American woman with short, styled hair, wearing a black blazer, white top, and layered necklaces, standing against a warm brown background.

I started ALM Consulting because I was tired of watching brilliant people and meaningful organizations get stuck, not because they lacked passion or ideas, but because they didn’t have the right structure, strategy, or support in place.

Over the years, I kept getting called in to help fix things, messy hiring situations, unclear planning, tough team dynamics, and vision with no execution. And every time, I realized the same thing: people weren’t failing because they weren’t capable. They were just missing the right process.

I built ALM Consulting to change that, to be a place where folks could come to untangle what’s not working, name what they really want, and actually build it. I wanted to offer something that blends clarity, care, creativity, and action. A space where we don’t just dream big, we do the work, and we do it well.

This is for the builders, visionaries, leaders, and teams who want to lead with integrity and grow with purpose.

That’s why I do this work. And I’d be honored to walk with you in it.
